The Commonwealth of Australia, acting through the Australian National Audit Office ("Commonwealth"), invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from organisations to upgrade or replace its current financial audit software and associated methodology support arrangements. A more detail of the ANAO's requirement is at Section 3.

This EOI is the first stage of a three-stage process. The objectives of this EOI are to:
* Enable organisations to register their interest as prospective service providers;
* Facilitate a review of the ability of respondents to provide the required services outlined in this EOI; and
* Determine a shortlist of those respondents who are able to demonstrate their ability to provide the required services to the standard required by the ANAO. Short-listed respondents may be invited to respond to a subsequent Request for Tender (RFT).
