Description

The Commonwealth of Australia is seeking to establish a Whole-of-Australian-Government Telecommunications Services Panel (TSP). This coordinated procurement arrangement will establish a mechanism to procure mandated internet based network connection services and optional telecommunication network services.

The goal of this procurement is to establish a TSP that continues to deliver a competitive means to procure telecommunication services and convey continued savings to the Australian Government. Specifically the objectives of the TSP are to reduce the price of supply to entities; continue to meet the business needs of entities; contribute to a competitive and viable industry; establish fair, equitable and transparent processes; and optimise government savings.
