Description
A DECLARATION OF CONFIDENTIAL AGREEMENT FORM MUST BE SIGNED AND SUBMITTED TO [email hidden] PRIOR TO RECEIVING DRAWINGS. Once the form has been received drawings will be able to be accessed via a share file link or by collection of a hard copy from Department of Finance Level 8 Bunbury Tower 61 Victoria Street.
The scope of works include major internal refurbishment - carpeting, painting, new furniture, new plumbing fixtures and internal structural modifications to existing office areas.
Removal of existing Daikin VRV air conditioning plant and replacement with air colled chiller plant and condensing boiling plant.
Construction of a new staff amenities building.
Upgrade of existing fire and CCTV systems.
WORKS WILL BE STAGED AND THE STATION WILL REMAIN OPERATIONAL.
Non-mandatory site inspection and/or tender briefings will be held on 29th July 2016.Briefings will be held at 9am and 10.15am. Tenderers are required to submit a request to attend with number of attendees. Tenderer must provide photo identification of all attendees prior to 27th July 2016 for identification checking. Tenderers will be advised and allocated a briefing session time as per above. No further briefings will be scheduled, any tenderer who does not submit a request to attend will not be granted access outside of the times as scheduled. The tender briefing will provide tenderers the opportunity to clarify any tender enquiries they have in relation to the tender in person prior to the closing of the tender.
