Playground Equipment, Landscape & Irrigation Works at Victoria Park PS

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Education (DOE) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the construction of a new playground and associated landscape and irrigation works at Victoria Park Primary School.

The Work includes the provision of all materials, labour, equipment and cartage as necessary for the due and proper completion of the Works including, but not limited to, the following:

• Earthworks and clearance
• Irrigation system design and construct
• Concrete and brick paving
• Timber
• Furniture
• Playground equipment
• Rockwork
• Soilworks and final grading
• Soft landscaping

Tenderers shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by Tenderers prior to submission of their Tender.

All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.
