Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) invites tenders for the construction of Stage 10 of The Village residential development, Riveredge Blvd, Oonoonba.
The works involves the production of residential allotments to be serviced by roadwork, stormwater drainage, water supply and sewer reticulation.
Stage 10 will be constructed as a single portion, with earthworks expected to commence on 7 September 2015.
