Request for Offer: Standing Offer Arrangement for the purchase of Defibrillators

The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for HSQ364 for the supply of Defibrillators. This tender is the revised version of the tender that was cancelled and closed on the 18/10/2017. The purpose of this new tender is to provide bidders with the revised General Conditions of Contract. All of other documentation remains unchanged.

Depending on requirements these goods / services specifically include:

• Type 1: Automatic External Defibrillator (AED);
• Type 2: Defibrillator Monitor System capable of basic monitoring; and
• Type 3: Defibrillator Monitor System capable of advanced monitoring.
  

It does not include Public Access Defibrillators (PAD) and implantable cardiac defibrillators are not required.
