Mail House Managed and Professional Services

The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for Mail House Managed and Professional Services.

The Contract will cover Managed Services for the production of TMR Notices by print, email or BPAY View and Transition-In services as detailed in PART B - Schedule TMR1 - Requirements.

TMR’s immediate requirement is to distribute Notices by post, email or BPAY View delivery channels. The requirements set out in this ITO have been developed taking into account these considerations. TMR may elect to augment or modify the requirements to enhance or provide improvements to the Notice creation and distribution processes. TMR may choose to modify or add requirements within its discretion to introduce innovations, and may accept improvement/enhancement recommendations of the Supplier. Changes may be implemented through Change Requests and, where required, a Statement of Work using Professional Services outlined in Module 7, at an appropriate time determined by TMR. New Correspondence Items may also be required to be produced for Customer Approved Entities.
