Variation on the existing contract The Authority has moved from a planning organisation to a delivery organisation and while there has been significant progress made towards the Authority’s governance maturity in the last twelve months with a new Board Charter and governance on a page, the following developments mean that the risk profile for the Authority is evolving and as a consequence, the risk management maturity across the Authority must evolve. There is a need for a high level of risk management expertise to undertake the Risk Management Maturity Uplift Project for the Authority to ensure effective monitoring and control processes embedded within business units and critical projects to support the Authority meeting its statutory requirements and continuing to deliver on its commitments.
