A project to be undertaken

The project includes: • A public facing reception area with reception desk and security • Two large public hearing rooms • 10-12 smaller private hearing rooms • Open plan office space • Individual offices • Meeting rooms and quiet rooms • Breakout spaces The scope will be further defined as planning progresses. The MHRT and eHealth have commenced a sketch design which has been articulated by HI in a draft Principal’s Project Requirements (PPR) document. These will form part of the tender documents. Acoustic control is an important consideration for the hearing rooms and private offices and eHealth has worked with MHRT to establish benchmarks for this. There is no further design that can take place until the D&C Contractor and their assembled team picks up the process under the D&C contract.
