Bounty Boulevard SS - OLA Refurbishment (with design responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction to refurbish the OLA at
Bounty Boulevard State School, 190 Bounty Boulevard, North Lakes QLD 4509 as part of the School Direct program.

The OLA Refurbishment includes new Concrete Walkways and Turning Circle with Stencilled School Logo, Artificial Turf to
surrounds with Artificial Turf Mounds and Game Play as well as a ‘mini’ Artificial Turf Soccer Pitch. The position of the OLA is at
the centre of the school with limited site access but ample working space. All Works are to be completed by January 2022.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

•  Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire Scope of Works
•  Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1 Million

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are
required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
