ICT Software Subscription and associated services for icare's core platform Guidewire. Procured under Workers Comp Nominal Insurer exemption, to part 11, Public Works and Procurement Act 1912, per section 154a(4) of the Workers Compensation Act 1987 Guidewire is the underlying platform used for policy, billing and claims management systems for the Nominal Insurer. TCV update to the Guidewire Managed Service Agreement (MSA) to reflect additional funding for Claim Centre and Billing Centre software subscriptions to August 2023 and testing and development environments to August 2024
