Working with Children Screening Portal Solution

Communities is seeking a Contractor to provide a Solution inclusive of an online portal (Part 1) and a screening process management application (Part 2), configuration to Communities’ environment and ongoing support and maintenance. The Contractor is required todesign, develop, implement and support an integrated Solution inclusive of an online portal and a screening process management application. For clarity:

Part 1: Delivery and Support of a new WWC Check online portal requires a new system to be designed, built and implemented to replace the existing screening system of WWC Check Online Portal which is designed to be accessible and used by the public. This will include ongoing maintenance and support.

Part 2: Delivery and support of a new screening process management application is based on funding being available and will include the potential development of an application to allow processing of applications for Aged Care Worker Screening (ACWS).

The Respondent is required to provide a response to Part 1 and Part 2 in its Offer.
