Description
The Customer requires the Contractor to supply software development and support services for the Cemetery Records System (CRS) which is based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, responding to incidents in-line with the Priority Ratings table, implementing MCB requested system improvements, deploying updates and new releases of the software, and implementing larger solutions through a project-based approach. Delivery will primarily be remote; however, on-site work at MCB premises may be required when necessary. MCB will grant the Contractor access to the Dynamics environment.
