Invitation to Offer for Queensland Government Procurement Solution

Queensland Government Procurement (QGP) currently manages several Whole-of-Government (WoG) procurement and contract management systems that are utilised across the procurement value chain. QGP is undertaking an ITO process to identify and recommend a WoG procurement system for the Queensland Government.

This Invitation to Offer (ITO) seeks responses from providers for a Queensland Government Procurement Solution which provides an extensible platform to meet the current and future procurement needs of budget-funded agencies, government-owned corporations and related statutory entities. QGP is seeking a WoG procurement system that provides the Source to Contract (S2C) functionality. The Department is seeking an established Commercial off the Shelf (COTS), Software as a Service (SaaS) solution that has an established marketplace of national businesses.

To respond to this ITO, QGP is seeking offers from providers who can:

• Demonstrate capability in providing a single solution that can meet all identified requirements and scope.
• Demonstrate prior experience delivering procurement systems and services in complex operating environments and within a government context.
• Demonstrate commitment to innovation and continual improvement of their solution and services.
