Narbethong SSS New Lift

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the construction of a new New Lift (including Shaft and Lift) at Narbethong State Special School, as part of the Ed4All program.

The new lift will need to service three levels with an oversized lift car and be constructed with pre-cast panels and over successive holiday periods (September and Dec/Jan). The project has been fully documented.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum QBCC Builders licence and certified 3rd Party Quality Assurance and ability to undertake the entire scope of works. Demonstration of prior experience, particularly with pre-cast panels, will be required in the non-price submission.
