Benowa State High School Administration Roof Replacement

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the Design and Construction of the replacement of the Administration Block Roof at Benowa State High School, located at Mediterranean Drive, Benowa, QLD 4217 as part of the Targeted Maintenance Program.

The scope of works generally includes; the removal of existing roofing, cappings, flashings, gutters and selected downpipes and replacement with new, the installation of new stormwater pits, the removal of skylights and exhaust fans and the addition of LED lighting where skylights are removed, and making good of ceilings. All works are to be completed by Friday April 17 2020.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works, Work Cover, Public Liability Insurance to the value of $20,000,000 and Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.
