Description
The Contractor will be required to provide personnel to act as Project Engineer (PE) for the BRE2 Project. The Signals Project Engineer will review design and construction documents and provide technical input during the procurement, construction, and commissioning to ensure assets comply with Australian and PTA Standards, including the PTA Engineering Management for Projects (EM4P) Procedure and Project Requirements Specifications. The PTA role description for a Signals Project Engineer is as follows: All elements of designing and delivering Signalling infrastructure within PTA and Arc territories, including: Train detection systems; Automatic Train Protection (ATP); Ruggedcom System and Kingfisher; Interlockings; Point Operating Equipment; Level crossings and Pedestrian; Lineside signals; signalling infrastructure; Train control systems.
