Particulars
To obtain L3 IC support to lead an incident management team in response to a pollution event or under the Menindee Mass Fish Death Sub-Plan. To provide mentoring, coaching, and AIIMS-based support to the Incident Management Team in a response, with a focus on developing capability of EPA ICs. To assist EPA in exercising of the Menindee Mass Fish Death Sub Plan, by undertaking IC role or mentoring Deputy IC. To ensure operational readiness to respond to a mass fish death event in Menindee once EPA becomes the combat agency.
