The Department of State Growth is seeking to identify and engage a Consultant through this open tender process to provide specialist Project Manager services in respect to the delivery of an AFL High Performance Centre and to undertake a broad and complex range of specialist project management duties and responsibilities over the life of the Project until the delivery of the facility is completed (at the end of Defects Liability Period).
