Cathodic Protection, Concrete and Masonry Repairs

Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of The Department of Education North Metropolitan Region is seeking tenders from Registered Builders with recent experience in school projects to undertake cathodic protection, concrete and masonry repairs in accordance with the drawings and specifications provided for International School of Western Australia
Tenderers will need to register their interest with Beryl Maynard on 9288 1255 or by emailing [email hidden] by no later than 4.00pm Wednesday 7 November 2012.
A mandatory site inspection will take place at 1:00 pm Thursday 8 November 2012 at the International School of Western Australia (City Beach High School Site), 22 Kalinda Drive, City Beach.
The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.
Tenders shall be submitted in the tender box provided prior to the nominated closing time and date in a sealed envelope as detailed in the Spotless Preliminaries and Conditions of Tendering documentation provided.
Tender selection shall be based on best value for money and suitable experience, the lowest of any tenderer need not necessarily be selected.
Closing date: 2.00pm Thursday 22 November 2012.
