Description

The Request will be for the supply, installation and commissioning of one (1) intravascular ultrasound (including optional maintenance and ongoing supply of consumables) to Royal Perth Hospital (RPH).
The intravascular ultrasound produces cross-sectional images of blood vessels. It will be used to improve current diagnostic and therapeutic patient services, including the identification of arterial plaque and vessel lesions, the measurement of vessel dimensions and stenosis and the deployment of intravascular stents.
The Customer may elect to take up a comprehensive post-warranty service and maintenance agreement for a period of up to four (4) years. The uptake of a post-warranty service and maintenance agreement will be at the absolute discretion of the Customer.
The Head Agreement established as a result of this Request will be awarded to a single supplier for all components under this Request including the equipment, consumables, and the post-warranty maintenance (if the latter two (2) components are taken up). In addition, the Head Agreement will constitute a standing offer, whereby Customers can place Orders on an ‘as required’ basis during the Term.
