Description
The purpose of the evaluation is to assess the impact of the roll-out of non-sniffable Opal fuelin contributing to changes to prevalence of petrol sniffing and other outcomes, including unforeseen consequences. The evaluation will alsoidentify and analyse the range of factors that determine the success or otherwise of the outcomes of the Opal fuel roll-out. The evaluation will be conducted in a sample of 20 remote Aboriginal communities in Central Australia, East Kimberley, the Top End and Far North Queensland (to be determined in conjunction with the Department).
