Description
The work consists of the refurbishment and expansion of the existing dental clinic within the hospital (270m²) and base building upgrade (550m²). Work includes demolition, joinery, ceilings and partitions, glazing, floor finishes with associated hydraulic, mechanical, electrical and fire protection services. Tenders will only be considered from DAIS tenderers who are Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 3 at the time of tender close. Tenderers are advised that Upskill SA requirements will apply to this contract. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
