Kingston High School Divestment - Sales Advisory Services

The Department of Treasury and Finance is seeking tenders from suitably capable and experienced consultants to provide land sales and planning services for the divestment of the Kingston High School site. The initial services to be provided will include: site assessment; land planning and sales potential of the site; high level market assessment and commercial analysis of development options; consultative services with key stakeholders; provide advice on development process options; recommendations for progression of the divestement which will include due diligence, and any further information required to undertake analysis of preferred options; and initial planning advice and implications regarding Kingborough Council planning controls and documentation.
