Sustainable Tourism and Hospitality Training Centre

Construction of a new training facility for the tourism and hospitality industries. The development will incorporate commercial kitchen training facilities, freezer and cool stores, a bar and coffee service training area, restaurant, kitchen and bar, store rooms, flexible learning spaces, a lift, student amenities and staff accommodation, together with associated site works. The project also will entail demolition of two buildings and redevelopment of an existing building to provide laundry, garage and storage spaces.
