Description
The Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from architectural consultants to head a multidisciplinary team who can provide a full range of museum facility design expertise including architectural, interior and landscape design along with heritage, archaeology and Environmental Sustainable Design specialisations. This EOI is the first stage of a two stage tender process to appoint an Architect and Design Team. Successful respondents will be invited to submit tenders to udertake the conceptual design for the overall TMAG redevelopment followed by the design development, documentation and administration of the Stage 1 works. Respondents are advised that the project scope may change to include a further stage, or stages, pending allocation of additional funding for the redevelopment. The scope may increase to cover the design, development documentation and construction of the full masterplanned redevelopment.
