Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance and Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries (DLGSC) are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Cooling Towers 1 & 2 Refurbishment at Perth Cultural Precinct.
The Work includes but is not limited to the replacement of mechanical equipment in a like for like scenario to ensure the future operation of the towers is not compromised.
