Description
The Health Services Directorate of the Department of Justice is responsible for the provision of primary health care to offenders in custody in Western Australia to the same standard as that available in the community in accordance with The Standard Guidelines for Corrections in Australia (2012). This is referred to as “Community Equivalence”. The Department of Justice is seeking to engage a suitable qualified practitioner or organisation to provide Physiotherapy services to offenders in custody at various sites within the Metropolitan area.
Respondents may submit Offers for any or all of the locations. The Department reserves the right to award the resultant Contract in any of the following ways:
- A panel of suppliers; or
- A single supplier.
