Description
The City of Tea Tree Gully (Council) invites Respondents, with a thorough understanding of digital customer experience and brand, to:
- Provide a digital experience platform (DXP) to support our website and intranet with a modern and flexible, open architecture that allows the organisation to build additional capacity, keep pace with technological change and best practice in digital customer experience
- Undertake a redesign of Council’s website (including a secure password protected area) and intranet including the transfer of content and provision of a range of branded, editable and customisable page layouts.
- Provide a comprehensive workflow platform that allows Council to create complex smart forms with conditional logic and to automate simple and complex business workflows, process, actions, tasks and data entry.
