Provision of Instructional Design Services

The Department of Finance (the Department) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified instructional designer with current knowledge and experience in Articulate Storyline 360 to develop Shareable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) eLearning training modules based on pre-determined content.

The Department is seeking to enter into one (1) contract for the development of eLearning modules however reserve the right to appoint more than one (1) supplier as a panel arrangement. The current estimated number of eLearning modules required is expected to be 10 – 15 modules, however this may increase during the term of the contract.

The Customer will administer and host the eLearning modules in-house using the current Learning Management System (LMS) software.

It is intended that each eLearning training package will be self-paced so that the learner can complete it at their own convenience, i.e. at work or offsite.

It is expected that any material/modules developed will be the intellectual property of the Department and will be available to the State of Western Australia in total for its free and unencumbered use.

The anticipated contract commencement date is 1 August 2019.
