VenuesWest requires Building Condition Assessments conducted and Asset Management Plans developed for selected VenuesWest venues. The development and implementation of the Building Condition Assessments and Asset Management Plans are essential to assist the development of 20 Years VenuesWest Restorative Maintenance Plan/Strategic Asset Management Plans (SAM Plan) and Capital Works Expenditure (CAPEX) investment decisions. Respondents are to note that each of the venues/buildings/facilities vary in use, size, location, layout, age and operation and therefore each has a unique profile/condition.
