Horse Park Drive Duplication (Segments 1 2 4 5 and 6) Principals Authorised Person (PAP) (GC21) and Contract Administration Services

The Territory is seeking to engage a suitably qualified consultant to perform the role of Principal’s Authorised Person ( CG 21) to manage the main civil work contract for the Horse Park Drive duplication works. The scope of the construction works includes but is not limited to:
• the duplication of the carriageway and associated intersection re-configurations including earthworks and construction of new pavements; and
• rehabilitation / overlay of the existing pavement for Horse Park Drive.
The works will be undertaken in two stages and grouped under the following Segments of the Horse Park Drive:
Stage 1:

Segment 2: between Anthony Rolfe Avenue and Gundaroo Drive (excluding all intersections);
Segment 4: Between Gundaroo Drive and Francis Forde Boulevard (excluding Gundaroo Drive/ Horse Park drive Intersection and including Francis Forde Boulevard / Horse Park Drive upgrade);
Segment 5: between Francis Forde Boulevard and Mulligans Flat Road (including Katherine Ave intersection and upgrades works on Mulligans Flat Road / Horse Park Drive intersection); and
Segment 6 (optional): between Mulligans Flat Road to Katherine Ave / Roden Cutler Dr intersection including Katherine Ave / Roden Cutler Dr intersection upgrade(note: construction for this Segment will only proceed subject to funding availability).

Stage 2:

• Segment 1: between Federal Highway and Well Station Drive (excluding all intersections).
