Description
Department of Education - Hedland Senior High School - Upgrades - Gymnasium & Refurbishments. The Principal highly recommends that the Tenderer attends the site, assesses and values the work done to date, and satisfies itself as to whether that work is suitable for incorporation into the new works. The Tenderer shall assume responsibility for the quality of any existing work it chooses to incorporate and include the value in its Breakdown of Tender Sum as a deduction.
