Description
The Department of Justice (DoJ) uses the Oracle Fusion ERP system under Software as a Service (SaaS) arrangement to support its vendor management and payment process.
This Request for Tender (RFT) pertains to the provision of an ICT solution that mitigates the risk of fraud or error in the payment process. This solution must:
Review and clean of details of existing active vendor master data records to establish a clean baseline.
Ensure the efficient and secure management of vendor records; and
Provide real-time verification of payment information prior to payment.
