Description
On 27 June 2018, the Western Australian Government announced its intention to commercialise a restricted part of the Western Australian Land Information Authority (Landgate), consisting of:
- private operator delivery of the automated land titling functions, title searches and other associated products and services; and
- the disposal of Landgate's 77.78% shareholding in the company Advara Ltd;
together, the Project.
The Customer is seeking to procure a Lead Commercial Advisor to drive the Project. The Lead Commercial Advisor will be appointed to provide high quality specialist advice and project coordination. This Request includes background information, a description of the role and scope of services to be provided by the Lead Commercial Advisor, and the requirements for responding to this Request.
