Exhibit and Event Roadshow Management

Tourism Tasmania is seeking tenders from suitable exhibit and event management firms to manage Tasmania's presence at selected mainland consumer shows in 2004. The selected firm would be expected to manage our participation at six shows during 2004 covering Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and Perth. The successful firm will be required to: Liaise with show organisers, exhibition team members and printed information providors Construct (set-up and pack down) the existing Tasmania destination exhibit Co-ordinate other equipment requirements Manage the freight and storage of all exhibit materials Conduct reviews of each event with participating team members
