To deliver a cohort of up to 24 Associates to Tasmanian schools, where Associates are recruited Australia wide, providing Tasmania with the opportunity to access highly skilled teachers in areas of need. To supprt the delivery of the program including training and support, leadership development and providing quality teaching practice to Tasmania.
