South East Water Corporation (South East Water) provides water, sewerage and recycled water services to more than 1.6 million people across 3,640 square kilometres and is responsible for $3.4 billion of Assets. Over 23,000 kilometres of pipeline deliver these supplies with the support of 80 water pump stations and 255 sewage pump stations.

iota Services Pty Ltd (Iota) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of South East Water and is the commercial entity that manages ‘South East Water Priority Plumbing’. Iota (as agent for South East Water trading as ‘South East Water Priority Plumbing’) is seeking to establish a Preferred Contractor Panel Arrangement with suitably experienced and qualified Contractors for Asset Connections Services for South East Water within its service area, as defined by the Water and Sewerage Districts of South East Water Corporation as set out in section 122G of the Water Act 1989 (Vic).

Suitably qualified Contractors may be engaged to perform the following services (as described in more detail in the tender documents):

• Tappings (Under Pressure) & Pluggings;
• Mains to Meter connections;
• New Water Meter Assembly Installations, 20mm (Dry Tappings);
• Such other Services as may be required from time to time.
