Shepparton Operations Centre Clear Water Storage Augmentation

Goulburn Valley Water are seeking suitable qualified contractors to design and construct a new Clear Water Storage Tank and supporting infrastructure.

All Goulburn Valley Water Contractors who tender for work with a total of 100k or more will be required to have a third party certified safety system e.g. AS/NZS 4801:2001

Tenderers must understand and action the Tender Booklet Annexure B Particulars, as a minimum:

Clause 5 – Inspection of Site

A compulsory site inspection with representatives of the Corporation is required.

• Note : Goulburn Valley Water, have a long and long policy therefore, all contractors visiting GVW sites must wear long sleeves shirt and long trousers, hats, HI VIS vest or alike, foot protection.

• Third Party Accredited OHS Management System
• Industrial Relations Management
• Fair Jobs Code Pre-Assessment

Weighted Evaluation Criteria:

• Value for Money - Price 20%
• Value for Money - Delivery ability and approach 25%
• Past Performance 25%
• Local Jobs First: Industry Development 10%
• Local Jobs First: Job Outcomes 10%
• SPF Objectives and Outcomes Questionnaire 5%
• SPF Building Equality Policy (BEP) 5%
