The project entails the construction of a new Multi-faith Room, designed to serve the diverse needs of the hospital community. The facility will be built on a concrete slab­on-ground foundation, with a steel frame externally clad with painted fibre-cement panels, and feature vertical windows, with a pitched-gable roof. A Registered Builder will be selected through the HSS panel arrangement to supply construction management services for these minor works. The responsibilities of the Builder include, but are not limited to, the following: ? Procurement: Securing the necessary trade labour, materials, and equipment to facilitate construction. ? Supervision: Overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring they align with the design documentation, adhere to quality standards, and meet regulatory requirements. ? Project Scheduling: Developing and maintaining a detailed timeline to ensure timely completion of all construction activities. ? Cost Control: Managing the project resources to prevent cost overruns. ? Safety Management: Implementing and monitoring safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel involved in the project.
