Description
The works comprise demolition of a wing of the main building and the construction of a new administration block. Also included is new pottery annexe and various internal alterations. Construction consists of steel frame brick veneer with steel sheet roofing and associated electrical and mechanical services and siteworks. Tenders will only be considered from DAIS tenderers who are Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 3 at the time tenders close. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
