The Supply of Tramcars and Support Services for the Adelaide Light Rail Project, Glenelg Tramway

A briefing session will be held at the Morphettville Function Centre (Stables Ballroom 2), Anzac Highway, Camden Park, South Australia, on Monday, 10 November 2003 at 11.30am.Attendance at the briefing session by the tenderer or a competent representative of the tenderer is a condition precedent to the submission of a tender.

The briefing session will be preceded by an accompanied site inspection of the Glenelg Tramway (including the Glengowrie Depot Maintenance Facility and a power converter sub-station).This optional site inspection will commence at 10.00am from Stables Ballroom 2.

Prospective tenderers are invited to e-mail Dean Lambert at with questions arising from the Invitation to Tender by 5.00pm, Thursday, 6 November 2003.These questions will be answered at the briefing session and the identity of the person asking the question will not be divulged.

Prospective tenderers will be required to execute the Non Disclosed Deed (Schedule 17) as a condition for the release of confidential information at the briefing session.
