Description
The Consultant will prepare a Streetscape Plan for the section of Walkerville Terrace from to Stephen Terrace that revitalises the existing infrastructure to complement the redevelopment of the Town Centre. The Consultant will have regard to previous studies conducted into the streetscape, parking and traffic matters as well as the development proposed for the Town Centre. The Consultant will be required to seek the assistance of a Traffic Consultant and Civil Engineering Consultant to refine traffic, parking and storm water drainage issues.
