Design/construct, supply and install on-site for each separate community (Amata, Pukatja and Mimili) new concrete-floored transportable building complexes comprising the following: Police Station incorporating secure cells and meeting rooms including extensions for Courts, two Apartments, two standard APY Duplex residences, carports, garages, pergolas and site fencing, associated services and civil works including site reticulation. Only Tenderers with DTEI Building Management Prequalification or Contractor Accreditation Ltd (Northern Territory) will be considered. InSkill SA applies.
