The objective of this project is to reconstruct this section of the Tasman Highway to align with the standards and speed environments existing on either end of this part of the highway. Prospective tenderers are advised that this project is awaiting the approval of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Public Works pursuant to the provisions of the Public Works Committee Act 1914. The National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry, in accordance with the Australian Government Implementation Guidelines, applies to this project.
