Replace the existing guard house structure and provide new dual lane vehicle access, visitor parking bays, pedestrian and bicycle access at North Bandiana and supply and installation of an all-weather shelter above an existing sentry hut approximately 50 metres beyond the front gate of Latchford Barracks.
