Description
The Department of Health and Ageing requires a provider to supply and administer influenza vaccinations to the department's staff nationally. Wherever possible vaccinations will be administered in the workplace.
The successful tenderer will be expected to develop and manage a booking schedule, provide an online booking system for staff, develop a consent form for staff to sign, keep accurate and thorough attendance records, issue warnings about the possible side effects of the vaccination, follow the Department of Health and Ageing's Work Health Safety policy, protect the privacy of staff, adhere to the Australian Immunisation Handbook and adhere to the National Vaccine Storage Guidelines: Strive for Five.
