Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of the State Library of WA are seeking tenders from suitably qualified Mechanical Services Companies to undertake the Refurbishment of Air Handling Unit 9 and associated equipment at the State Library of WA, Northbridge, in accordance with the plans and specifications.
Tenderers will need to register for documents with Trevor Edwards via email [email hidden] or [phone hidden] no later than 4.00pm Friday 19 August 2011
Documents will available for pickup from 9.00am Wednesday 24 August 2011 from the Art Gallery of WA, 47 James Street, Perth WA 6000 (enter via Roe Street Security)
A mandatory site inspection will take place at 10.00am on Friday 26 August 2011 at the Main Entry of the State Library of WA, James St Mall, Northbridge.
The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.
Tenderers shall submit in the tender box provided prior to the nominated closing time and date in a sealed envelope to the below address.
