ACM Remediation Works - Sevenoaks Senior College

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education (DOE) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake ACM remediation works at Sevenoaks Senior College. The Work includes but is not limited to removing deteriorated cladding, rotten framing, and ACM materials, followed by reinstatement of new materials and finishes, as well as repairing broken stormwater pipes, adjusting external soil levels, and improving waterproofing to prevent further damage. All intrusive and ACM-related tasks will be completed during the school holiday period under controlled conditions.
