In relation to the Sydney Gatway Road project between 12.380km and 14.740km on the Botany line of the Australian Rail track Coperation ( ARTC) rail corrididor, the works Deed governs the releauionship between TfNSW and ARTC in respect of the project works to be undertaken by TfNSW in the relation to the design and construction od the Sydney Gateway Project that are either works undertaken withen the Railway Corridor or works undertaken on, above, beneath or adjacent to the Railway Corridor that impact on ARTC's railway operations or which ARTC reasonably deems to have the potential to impact on ARTC's railway operations
